Streaming service Netflix is raising prices for all of its U.S. subscription plans after exceeding industry projections for summer subscriber gains. The streaming giant is increasing prices for its most expensive ad-free streaming plan by $2 to $23 per month and its basic ad-free plan by $2 to $12 per month. It will keep prices unchanged for its popular $15.50 per month streaming plan and $7 per month plan with ads. The cost of its most popular plan will increase from $15.49 to $15.99 for the standard plan and from $19.99 to $20 for its premium plan. The basic plan price remains $9.99.
