If you don't love salads, this one will change your mind. So so good.
Instructions:
-chop up your fave veggies. I did eggplants, zucchini, red onion, yellow peppers, asparagus
season with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and
cayenne pepper grill or roast at 400°F for 30 mins
layer greens, tomatoes, avocado, chopped grilled chicken and roasted veggies - season with salt, Olive oil and juice of 1 lemon
