Makes 9-10 and can be completely VEGAN if you utilize vegan protein powder:
12 oz of Coconut Milk 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder (90 grams
in weight)
OPTIONAL (not shown) 5 grams of natural
sweetener - Blend Well
-Distribute in cupcake cups or freezer safe dish
- FREEZE till set (2+ hours) may be a bit more or less. If you freeze them for too long, let thaw/sit out for 10 minutes
