A Jualan Rahmah, open only for Malaysians, will be held in Stadium Kuala Lumpur, Cheras from Nov 4 to 5 where essential items such as cooking oil, rice, chicken, eggs, meats and sardine will be sold.

Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry Kuala Lumpur director Ariffin Samsudin told reporters on Wednesday that items at the sale are subsidised between 30% and 40%, and everyone is entitled to purchase one per item.
