As from 1924 Anson Weeks was a pioneering West Coast bandleader, who from 1927 to 1934 worked at San Francisco's Mark Hopkins Hotel. In 1941 he got seriously injured in a car accident, and finally retired in 1946. This great record was made in 1932. It should be noted that this is another song than the orchestra also recorded a homonym song that same year. Vocal by Bill Moreing.
