Terengganu Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, who is contesting in the Kemaman by-election, said if he is elected as the Kemaman MP as well, it will help him handle state affairs better as he can bring up issues from the state level to Parliament.
