'Pitchfork' reports that Sean "Diddy" Combs
has been sued for the fourth time by
another woman accusing him of sexual assault.
The new complaint names Diddy, along with
former Bad Boy Entertainment President
Harve Pierre and an unnamed third person.

In the complaint, the woman
claims that all three individuals
"sex trafficked and gang raped" her in 2003.
At the time, the woman says she was
only 17 years old and still in high school.
As a result of being raped by Mr. Combs,
Mr. Pierre and the Third Assailant, Ms. Doe
suffered significant emotional distress and
feels of shame that have plagued her life
and personal relationships for 20 years, Jane Doe legal complaint, via 'Pitchfork'.
Daddy’s House Recordings Inc. and Bad Boy
Entertainment Holdings Inc. are also reportedly
named as defendants in the court filing.
The law firm representing the woman,
identified as Jane Doe, also handled a since-settled case
against Diddy brought by Elizabeth "Cassie" Ventura.
As alleged in the complaint,
Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high
school teenager as part of a sex trafficking
scheme that involved plying her with drugs and
alcohol and transporting her by private jet to
New York City where she was gang raped by the
three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio. , Douglas H. Wigdor, one of the lawyers
representing Jane Doe, via 'Pitchfork'.
The depravity of these abhorrent acts has,
not surprisingly, scarred our client for life, Douglas H. Wigdor, one of the lawyers
representing Jane Doe, via 'Pitchfork'.
In a statement, Diddy defended himself
from the recent wave of allegations, saying, .
"Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any
of the awful things being alleged. I will fight
for my name, my family and for the truth."
