Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 238 (Arabic Recitation): “ حَٰفِظُواْ عَلَى ٱلصَّلَوَٰتِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ٱلۡوُسۡطَىٰ وَقُومُواْ لِلَّهِ قَٰنِتِينَ ”

Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 238 (English Translation): “ Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle [i.e., ʿaṣr] prayer and stand before Allāh, devoutly obedient. ”

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 238 (Urdu Translation): “ نمازوں کی حفاﻇت کرو، بالخصوص درمیان والی نماز کی اور اللہ تعالیٰ کے لئے باادب کھڑے رہا کرو۔ ”

The English translation by Saheeh International and the Urdu translation by Maulana Muhammad Junagarhi, both published by the renowned King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex (KFGQPC). Surah Al-Baqarah is the second chapter of the Quran.
