Dogs, honey, antennae used to relocate bears, stop attacks in Japan

In 2023, Japan faced its deadliest year for bear attacks, with six deaths and 200 injuries. Bears are encroaching on rural areas, leading to human and bear fatalities. Junpei Tanaka and team use honey-baited barrels, radio collars, and dogs to relocate bears and prevent conflicts.
