At least 12 people were killed and 30 were left injured in a head-on collision between a coal-laden truck and a bus in Golaghat district of Assam, reported PTI. The tragedy took place at Balijan near Dergaon on January 3 morning. 45 passengers were aboard the bus which collided with the goods vehicle, Golaghat Superintendent of Police Rajen Singh told PTI.
