Former England football manager Sven-Göran Eriksson has revealed he has terminal cancer. The 75-year-old told Swedish radio he has around a year left to live in a “best case” scenario. After managing clubs in his native Sweden and in Italy, Eriksson was appointed England’s first non-British manager in 2001. He stood down from his most recent role at Swedish club Karlstad 11 months ago due to health issues. Report by Jonesia.
