How to make Hot Gulab jamun ? Check out the delicious recipe.
Gulab jamun is a delightful sweet in Pakistan. It’s a beloved mithai (dessert) enjoyed in India, Pakistan, Nepal, the Maldives, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. Gulab jamun is primarily made from milk solids, traditionally using khoya. Some chefs may use dried or powdered milk. The milk solids are kneaded with flour, resulting in small dough balls.
These dough balls are deep-fried in oil or ghee at a low temperature. After frying, they are soaked in a light sugar syrup flavored with green cardamom. UrduPoint anchor Abdullah Khan is available in Java foods and shows how they made Gulab jamun.
