Queensland government yet to begin promised 60-day review pf Olympic Games infrastructure

An independent review of key sporting venues for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games has begun. Former Lord Mayor Graham Quirk is spearheading the 60-day investigation which will reconsider plans, including the contentious $2.7 billion-dollar Gabba redevelopment. Premier Steven Miles says he has always been advised a demolition and rebuild was the best option, but now acknowledges the government may have got it wrong.
