Shattila Ekadashi Vrat Katha in Hindi: हिंदी कैलेंडर के अनुसार प्रत्येक माह दो एकादशी व्रत आते हैं और इस तरह साल में कुल 24 एकादशी तिथि पड़ती है. प्रत्येक एकादशी व्रत का अपना खास महत्व होता है और इस दिन श्रीहरि भगवान विष्णु का पूजन किया जाता है. माघ महीने के कृष्ण पक्ष की एकादशी को षटतिला एकादशी कहते हैं. धर्म शास्त्रों में षटतिला एकादशी का विशेष महत्व बताया गया है. कहते हैं कि इस दिन व्रत करने से जातक जीवनभर सभी सुख-सुविधाओं का आनंद लेने के बाद मृत्यु के पश्चात मोक्ष प्राप्त करता है. इस साल षटतिला एकादशी का व्रत 6 फरवरी 2024, मंगलवार के दिन रखा जाएगा. इस दिन व्रत करने वाले जातक को व्रत कथा पढ़नी व सुननी चाहिए. कहते हैं कि एकादशी व्रत करने सुनने व पढ़ने से हर मनोकामना पूरी होती है.

Shattila Ekadashi Vrat Katha in Hindi: According to the Hindi calendar, there are two Ekadashi fasts every month and thus there are a total of 24 Ekadashi dates in a year. Every Ekadashi fast has its own special significance and on this day Shri Hari Lord Vishnu is worshipped. Ekadashi of Krishna Paksha of Magh month is called Shattila Ekadashi. Special importance of Shattila Ekadashi has been mentioned in religious scriptures. It is said that by fasting on this day, the person attains salvation after death after enjoying all the comforts and luxuries throughout his life. This year, the fast of Shattila Ekadashi will be observed on Tuesday, 6 February 2024. The person observing fast on this day should read and listen to the fast story. It is said that by fasting on Ekadashi, every wish is fulfilled by listening and reading.
