West Melbourne residents forced to leave home immediately

Details have been uncovered of a council-led campaign to mass-evict residents from their homes in Melbourne's west. The Hobsons Bay Council ordered residents in the industrial-zoned estate to leave immediately last May. But internal documents show the evictions had been more than six months in the making.
