The conclusion of a damning new report by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS), has found that The Met Police is "leaving vulnerable children at risk of exploitation".

Met Police's Commander Kevin Southworth has said he is deeply sorry.
