Set to be transformative for business, there are concerns the new Western Sydney Airport will diminish the quality of life for many on the city's south-western outskirts. Wollondilly Council says the proposal will create a 24-hour flight paths over parts of the Shire. While councils in Inner Sydney say flight changes will only make noisy neighbourhoods even more noisy.
