Someone has to be held responsible for the disaster that has occurred in Tobago with the oil spill. The words of Chief Secretary Farley Augustine as he spoke during a media briefing in Scarborough on Wednesday. Mr. Augustine was also not happy, that the identity of the vessel was sent via media release from the Ministry of National Security, without any contact to the Office of the Chief Secretary or TEMA.
