Lord David Cameron says Russian President Vladimir Putin "should be held accountable" for the death of his most significant opposition leader Alexei Navalny. The foreign secretary hails Navalny as a "brave fighter for justice and for democracy" and says his heart "goes out to his wife and to his family". Navalny died in an Arctic prison colony where was serving a 19-year jail term on charges widely seen as politically motivated. Report by Brooksl.
