Bolton said Russian President Vladimir Putin sees Trump as an "easy mark" who can be manipulated to Putin's advantage. Putin had voiced preference for Joe Biden in a recent interview, calling him more "experienced" and "predictable." But Bolton called Putin's comments a "clear disinformation effort" to encourage Trump to view them as a compliment.
