The owner of Cafe' Al Fresco in Lambeau, Tobago, Alpheaus Paul, is counting his losses because of the oil spill and its effects on his restaurant.


He says he has suffered approximately twenty thousand dollars in losses thus far and has had to close his business and workers sent home in light of the close proximity of his establishment to the spill. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
