A VHS tape released in the Spring of 1999 by Sega featuring their newly released Dreamcast console. This video cassette was a "not for sale" release and has an official runtime of approximately 35 minutes.
I believe it was a VHS given to customers at retailers, events or by mail to promote the Dreamcast system, but it may also have been played at stores as well. The contents of the tape include various trailers, a Q&A about Biohazard/Resident Evil CODE: Veronica with Yoshiki Okamoto, a look at the features of the Visual Memory Unit aka VMU (along with some pretty bad acting), a deep dive into the internet functions and capabilities of the Dreamcast, and a clip advertising the spring campaign/contest involving the game "Yukawa Moto Senmu no Otakara Sagashi."
This video is nearly identical to the Dreamcast Nyuumon Video that came out at the same time, save for the addition of the spring campaign section and the omission of Soul Calibur in the trailers section. That video can be found here:

This video was recorded on a Sharp VC-ES20B S-VHS deck using Sony S-video cables upscaled to 1080p 60fps via the Framemeister, captured using an AverMedia Live Gamer Mini GC311.
