Have we seen the Conservatives hit rock bottom this Monday with support for their party across Britain falling to a record low of just 20 percent, according to a new poll. The Ipsos survey for The Standard showed backing for the Conservatives dropping by seven points from 27 percent in January. The result is the worst for the Conservatives since 1978 when Ipsos regular poll tracker started and puts them 27 points behind Labour. Could this situation see the party move more towards the right?
