There are people in this country with significant cash in the bank, in fact, Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley says, he is certain some in the private sector own more money than the State.



As such, Dr. Rowley is inviting these people to partner with the government, by investing in the development of this country. The Prime Minister made the call at the sod-turning of the Ministry of Social Development and Family Services' Headquarters. Rynessa Cutting has more.
