: "Video shows RAM building in downtown Miami flooding. The building flooded twice within one week, management has been very quick at having residents sign the lease but very slow at fixing and maintaining the building in good condition. Residents are scared the structure might be unsafe. Additionally, water has been cut off without notice, one elevator does not work and the other one is due for inspection."
