The EU's Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders, told DW that he's hopeful a special tribunal for Ukraine will be set up by the end of the year in The Hague. Reynders spoke to DW correspondent Lucia Schulten at the sidelines of the "Restoring Justice for Ukraine" conference.
