The Trump Media & Technology Group is taking legal action against co-founders Wesley Moss and Andrew Litinsky in Florida for allegedly not successfully launching the company and trying to hinder a business deal. The lawsuit seeks damages for alleged breaches of duty by Moss, Litinsky, and DWAC founder Patrick Orlando, criticizing their management and decision-making, including a contested merger that led to an SEC investigation. They argue they are entitled to an 8.6% stock share in Trump Media, worth about $601 million, based on a 2021 agreement with Trump Media, which Donald Trump signed.
