KISS music catalog and IP sold to Pophouse Entertainment. The entertainment company founded by ABBA's Björn Ulvaeus is best known for its work in hologram led concerts. The shows are intended to preserve and promote iconic music in a new and innovative way. An official price on the deal has not yet been revealed, but it is estimated to be upwards of $300 million.
