బెంగుళూరు రామేశ్వరం కెఫే కేసులో నిందితులను టోపీ పట్టించింది. రామేశ్వరం కెఫేలో పేలుడు ద్వారా 9మంది తీవ్రంగా గాయపడిన అంశం తెలిసిందే. నిందితులకోసం NIA తీవ్రంగా గాలిస్తున్న తరుణంలో వారు ధరించిన టోపీల ఆధారంగా నిందితులను గుర్తించిన పోలీసులు వారిని అరెస్టు చేసారు.
