Military horses were seen racing through through central London on Wednesday.
Video filmed by a motorist shows a black horse and white horse covered in blood sprinting down the A1203 near Tower Bridge at 8:39am this morning.
The horses belong to the Household Cavalry and are believed to have escaped after becoming spooked during a routine exercise.
Five horses in total were spotted across London with sightings in Tower Bridge, The Strand and Limehouse.
The London Ambulance Service confirmed that four people suffered injuries in Buckingham Palace Road, Belgrave Square and the junction between Chancery Lane and Fleet Street
They said in a post on Twitter: "We responded to several calls regarding an incident with horses on the loose in central London this morning.
"We sent multiple resources to the three scenes, treating four patients in total and taking them all to hospital.
"We have since been stood down."
