The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, who is also the captain-in chief of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) joined a Yasin recital, tahlil and special sermon at a mosque at the Lumut naval base on Friday (April 26) to commemorate the 10 navy personnel who perished in the April 23 helicopter crash.
