Taipower Steps Up Inspections in Taoyuan as Outages Continue

State power company Taipower says it will roll out a new inspection plan for Taoyuan as the city has experiences as many as 20 power outages in the past two weeks. It’s raised concerns about the stability of the electricity supply.
