Trinidad and Tobago co-sponsored a resolution which was passed by the United Nations General Assembly today that has upgraded the rights of the State of Palestine in the world governing body.
The resolution also is calling on the U.N. Security Council to reconsider granting Palestine full membership in the U.N. General Assembly.
