A woman reveals how to "prepare" to be a wife and keeps her own marriage alive by holding daily 'meetings' to discuss her relationship.

Blessing Platinum-Williams has been married to her husband Michael, both 35, for 13 years.

The pair tied the knot aged 22 and Blessing says they had a "toxic beginning" as they were not prepared for marriage.

Now Blessing and Michael, who own a design company together, have two sons - aged eight and five - and say their marriage is stronger than ever.

The couple had individual therapy and have a daily chat each day at 7pm where they exclusively chat about their relationship.

Now Blessing runs a course so others can prepare for marriage.
