The way has been cleared for Canberra woman Shakira Adams to stand trial in the ACT Supreme Court for manslaughter over the crash which claimed the life of 20-year-old Matthew McLuckie. Ms Adams’ lawyers had tried to have her declared unfit for trial but today that was dismissed.
