A devastating fire at a labour camp in Mangaf, located in Kuwait's southern Ahmadi Governorate, has claimed the lives of 41 people, including several Indian nationals. The tragic incident occurred early Wednesday morning, with more than 50 people hospitalised, seven of whom are reported to be in critical condition. The fire broke out around 4:30 AM local time in a six-story building in Block 4 of Mangaf. The NBTC camp, which housed 196 people at the time, was the site of the disaster. The NBTC group, owned by Kerala native KG Abraham, also accommodated employees working at its supermarket in the ill-fated building.
