Questions are being raised after video surfaced of what appears to be licensing officers giving chase to a motorist, and then ramming into the man's car, forcing him to stop. The incident occurred in the vicinity of Sixth Avenue Barataria, on Tuesday. Police are investigating. Rynessa Cutting has more.
