A 51-year-old man has been charged with murder after his De Facto partner was fatally stabbed near Innisfail in far north Queensland. Police claim the accused drove from the Mighell scene- before colliding with a semi-trailer on the Bruce highway, and then allegedly trying to steal another vehicle.
