A court or tribunal to hear human rights violation cases is a proposal that could be studied, says M. Kulasegaran.

The deputy minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (law and institutional reforms) said in his winding-up speech on the Suhakam annual report in the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (July 2).
