India's Kaziranga National Park, home to dozens of rhinos, reported the deaths of eight animals on Wednesday (July 3) after water from the swollen Brahmaputra river flooded the park in the northeastern state of Assam.
A total of 45 animals, including hares, otters, and jungle cats, were rescued.
