Eating meat vs being a vegetarian... in this video Onision talks about how eating certain meats can basically be a form of slow suicide... that all depends on consumption levels, preparation, meat type etc.

A very important note: This video was recorded many many years ago, since then, Onision did research on diets around the world and found the people who live the longest primarily eat vegetables and fish... so?

If Onision cares about doing what is right for his own body (why make yourself miserable with poor health?) like he acts like he does in this video, it makes sense to eat what he is clearly designed to.

If we must exist (many of us do no want to), then we may as well be healthy. One less excuse to be miserable. Apparently consuming fish is extremely healthy for your brain, but eating cows/pigs etc. is just a great way to get diabetes, colon cancer, heart disease and more (really stupid to eat) - so in summary: Do your research, and stop eating trash. Common sense.

You're not smart or cool for needlessly paying people to slaughter animals whose meat just makes you fat, ugly & unhealthy. You're just an idiot.
