The Ooty Toy Train, officially known as the Nilgiri Mountain Railway, is a major attraction in Tamil Nadu, India. It connects the town of Mettupalayam with Ooty (Udhagamandalam) and is renowned for its scenic route through the Nilgiri Hills. The train was inaugurated in 1899 and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
