Bollywood actress Triptii made her debut with “Poster Boyz” in 2017 after which she featured in much talked about projects such as “Laila Majnu”, “Bulbbul”, “Qala” and “Animal.” Talking about her character in her latest film, “Bad News,” Triptii told IANS: “Little bit of ‘Saloni Bagga’ is there in me because she is from Delhi and I am from delhi. I was a little uncertain at first because I had mostly done serious roles. In films like “Laila Majnu”, “Bulbbul”, “Qala” and “Animal”, there was no scope for comedy. Fans also didn’t have an image of me in comedy, as they had seen me in different light. I went back to watch old videos of myself because I had lost that part of myself after doing so many serious roles. I had become all grim and serious. So it was very important for me to break that stereotype. I had to re-learn many things. I think there is a bit of ‘Saloni’ in me, a bit of “Bulbbul” and “Qala.” This is the special part. I think as an actor, I’m lucky to be able to live so many lives in one lifetime…”
