The chocolate chip banana bread recipe (pan size: 11 x 20 x 7 cm )

3 ripened bananas (about 300g)
140g unsalted melted butter (2/3 cup)
80g brown sugar (1/2 cup)
2 eggs

250g all-purpose flour (2 cups)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 nutmeg (optional)

1/2 cup nuts
1/3 cup chocolate chips

*** Cover the bread with foil in the last 30 minutes of baking to prevent browning on top.
