The Department of Defense said three Guantanamo Bay inmates accused of plotting the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks have agreed to plead guilty, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, widely known as the mastermind of the attacks, 16 years after they were charged for their alleged roles in planning them. Sen. JD Vance reacted to this plea deal during a rally on Wednesday.
