Musk later said Lemon's approach of "CNN but on social media” didn't work, pointing to CNN's declining viewership. During the interview, Lemon asked Musk about his drug use and hate speech on the platform. Lemon alleges fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and misuse of his name and likeness in the lawsuit against Musk and X.
