Marcos to seek Yulo's advice on how to improve PH sports program

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Aug. 7, 2024 says he will ask Olympic gold medalist and gymnast Carlos Yulo what the Philippine government should do to improve the country’s sports program and produce more world-class athletes. The President was responding to a question on whether the Office of the President was eyeing to give a separate monetary reward for Yulo after his historic double gold victory in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.
