Voters will decide whether to guarantee abortion rights in the Arizona state constitution. The proposed amendment would allow abortions up to 24 weeks and make exceptions for the health of the pregnant person. Arizona currently bans abortion after 15 weeks. The state supreme court allowed an 1864 total abortion ban to take effect earlier this year.
