Kamala Harris received a unanimous vote as Democratic nominee from delegates in a ceremonial roll call on day two at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.  A raft of high-profile guests threw their support behind the vice president, including former President Barak Obama, rapper Lil Jon and Republicans who have turned their back on Trump.
