Specialist divers resumed the search for six missing passengers after a superyacht sank during a storm off Sicily early Monday. Among the missing are British tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch and his daughter, Morgan Stanley's Jonathan Bloomer and his wife, and lawyer Chris Morvillo with his wife. The ship sank quickly after capsizing. Lynch was recently acquitted on conspiracy and wire fraud charges related to the 2011 sale of his software company to Hewlett Packard. The trip on the U.K.-flagged Bayesian was reportedly a celebration of Lynch’s acquittal, with his lawyer Morvillo and defense witness Bloomer also aboard. Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares, was among the 15 rescued, including a one-year-old baby and the child's parents.
